24 hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid a $20 charge. In the case of reoccurring cancellations, prepayment is required to reserve appointment.

Service prices are subject to stylist’s discretion in regard to additional cost due to length and density of hair. Short hair is no longer than the bottom of the ear & level with the back hair line; medium is no longer than touching the shoulders; and long is past the shoulder.

Ellen has held her professional Cosmetology license since 1992 and has experience working in Arizona, New York and Massachusetts. Her educational advancement in hair coloring (Framesi, Sunglitz [Farouk], Goldwell, and Redken) offers her customers an array of color service benefits. Her resume also includes other advanced training in various product lines, styling techniques and trend cutting classes such as: Clairol, KMS, Sukesha, Pivot Point, Barber Clipper Cuts, Razor Cuts, Wella, Schwarzkopf, Joico, Kenra, Roux, Beth Minardi, Matrix, Zotos, Paul Mitchell, and L’Oreal.
Ellen's Bachelor degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College creates balance between artistry and business.
